Our vision

Advancing learning for specialist physicians to deliver the best health care for all.

Our values

Inclusive | Expert | Progressive

The strategic priority process was built on the foundation of Our True North. We know the impact of COVID-19 will continue to create challenges, and the Royal College will be here to listen, respond and adapt our programs and services to support you.

Four strategic priorities make up our Strategic Plan for the fiscal year 2021–2023. These priorities, all of which reflect our focus on delivering value to Fellows, will guide our programs and activities as we continue to deliver on our mission and achieve our vision:
Advancing learning for specialist physicians to deliver the best health care for all.
